Our Founder

Rick Joyner is the founder of MorningStar Ministries and a respected prophetic leader, author, and voice to the Body of Christ. For more than four decades, Rick has been a pioneer in the prophetic movement, equipping believers to hear God's voice, walk in truth, and impact the world with kingdom purpose. His life’s work has been to call the church into maturity, awakening it to its prophetic mandate in these times.

As the overseer of the School of the Prophets, Rick’s foundational teachings have shaped the core of what SOP represents—a place of awakening, activation, and encounter. His ability to articulate deep spiritual truths with clarity and conviction has positioned him as a trusted voice in both ministry and global leadership spheres.

Rick is the author of more than 60 books, including best-sellers like The Final Quest, The Call, and The Torch and the Sword. His writings have inspired millions and are widely regarded for their depth, revelatory insight, and prophetic clarity. Many of his books have become key resources for those pursuing a deeper walk with God and a clearer understanding of the prophetic calling.

Throughout the years, Rick has mentored and walked with many influential leaders, prophetic voices, and reformers—emphasizing the importance of truth, integrity, and personal devotion to Jesus Christ. His leadership has helped shape MorningStar Ministries into a global movement known for prophetic equipping, worship, intercession, and strategic influence in the church and society.

In the School of the Prophets, Rick continues to pour into the next generation of prophetic leaders. His sessions offer revelatory teaching, prophetic impartation, and seasoned wisdom, challenging students to think beyond tradition and into the heart of what God is saying today.

Rick and his wife, Julie, have been married for over 40 years. They have five children and reside in Moravian Falls, North Carolina.

Our Vice President

Tom Hardiman serves as the Vice President of Spiritual Services at MorningStar Ministries and the Director of both MorningStar Fellowship of Ministries (MFM) and MorningStar Fellowship of Churches (MFC). With decades of proven leadership, Tom is a trusted voice within the MorningStar community and the wider Body of Christ.

Known for his wisdom, leadership, and strong pastoral heart, Tom provides oversight to hundreds of ministers, churches, and emerging leaders. He is deeply committed to seeing people walk in their spiritual gifts with maturity, integrity, and boldness, especially within the prophetic movement.

At the School of the Prophets, Tom plays a vital role in equipping students to:

Discern and steward the voice of the Lord
Grow in prophetic gifting with accountability and character
Understand the role of prophetic voices within the local church
Walk in spiritual authority rooted in humility and submission to Christ

Through MFM and MFC, Tom mentors a growing family of pastors, leaders, and five-fold ministers, offering covering, counsel, and encouragement for those on the frontlines of Kingdom service. His leadership style is relational and Spirit-led, emphasizing both spiritual depth and healthy community.

Together with his wife, Mary Anne Hardiman, Tom has ministered to thousands across the globe. As a team, they carry a mandate to equip and strengthen the Church for these times through sound teaching, prophetic ministry, and deep spiritual formation.

Tom Hardiman is more than a prophetic leader—he is a father in the faith, helping raise up a generation that hears God clearly and walks in love, truth, and power.

Our Director

Gary Webb serves as the Director of the School of the Prophets (SOP) and the Lead Pastor of MorningStar Fort Mill. Gary is a passionate teacher, prophetic voice, and shepherd to both local and global communities. His leadership is marked by a deep love for the Word of God, the presence of the Holy Spirit, and the development of healthy, Spirit-led prophetic culture.

As Director of SOP, Gary is responsible for overseeing the vision, training, and equipping of students from around the world.

Gary is passionate about pastoring prophetic people.

Under Gary's leadership, the School has grown into a dynamic environment where believers are taught to recognize the voice of God, operate in prophetic ministry, and mature in spiritual character. His sessions are known for their depth, clarity, and Spirit-led activation.
